Donations

Donations made to Growing in Christ's Grace are considered final and non-refundable. As a ministry, your financial support is immediately used to fund our operations, events, and resources. We are grateful for your generosity and stewardship. If a donation was made in error, please contact us immediately to discuss your specific situation.

Digital Products
​
Due to the nature of digital products, which are instantly accessible upon purchase, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. This includes digital downloads of study guides, devotional materials, or other downloadable resources. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct item before completing your transaction. If you experience an issue with a download, please contact us for technical assistance.

Event & Conference Registrations

We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy for event and conference registrations is as follows:

Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of your registration fee if you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the scheduled event date.

Partial Refund: A partial refund of 50% will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the event date.

No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, or for "no-shows."

Physical Products

If we offer physical products, such as books or apparel, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns: We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
